Leap of Love is Sands' Skydive. Hundreds of brave #SandsSuperstars will take to the skies to save babies' lives in 2023. They'll help us fund vital research and support those affected by the death of a baby.

Story

This year I will be taking to the skies and doing a Leap of Love skydive for Sands!

On November 30th 2022, we unexpectedly and very sadly lost our darling grandaughter Cecilia. To honour her memory and the bravery of her parents Charlotte and Carl and brother Bentley and the strength they have shown, Paul and I have signed up to raise money for SANDS by both completing a skydive on 28th May 2023. This is something completely outside both of our comfort zones , so would be grateful if you could support us , to support SANDS by donating on our just giving pages .

We each need to raise at least £430 , and hope you can all help us acheive our targets , we would also be grateful if you could share this post far and wide.

£20 enables Sands to provide a memory box to parents so they can start making memories with their baby

£140 provides one full day of bereavement care training for healthcare professionals

£580 a day keeps our helpline open and free for every caller

£840 can sponsor an entire day of training for 20 midwives!

Many Thanks Caroline and Paul,
