The Reverse Edinburgh Runners will be taking on the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday, 24th May 2026.

We will be raising money for Reverse Rett and to keep Rett Syndrome research moving forward.

With two UK gene therapy clinical trials for Rett syndrome being approved there has never been a more vital time to fundraise for Reverse Rett.

The team will be running in honour of all the children in the cover photo above and everyone living with Rett syndrome!

We want a cure for Rett syndrome and for whatever treatment shows improvements to be passed for use in the UK. Reverse Rett will leave no stone unturned until a treatment is available for everyone living with Rett syndrome.
