Royal Gibraltar Police fundraising for Childline Gibraltar

Raising money for Childline Gibraltar

Created via charity sign up service.

Story

The Royal Gibraltar Police are proud to take part in the RAOB Cardboard Charity Boat Race in support of Childline and Teenline Gibraltar — these are vital local charities dedicated to the protection and well-being of children and young people in our community.

Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported. Childline Gibraltar provides a confidential helpline, therapeutic services, and crucial advocacy for vulnerable children, many of whom have nowhere else to turn.

Teenline provides a free, confidential service where young people can talk about anything they’re going through — from stress and anxiety to family issues, bullying, or feeling overwhelmed. In a world where many teens struggle in silence, Teenline offers a safe space to be heard without fear or judgment.

As police officers, we regularly engage with young people across the community and see just how critical early emotional support can be in helping them make positive choices and feel less alone. Teenline plays a crucial role in that.

By raising funds and awareness through this fun and community-driven event, we’re helping to ensure that Childline and Teenline Gibraltar can continue their life-changing work.
