Running for: 💙🐘 Noah & Rhea 🦋💜

As many of you know, on the 4th of September 2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy, Noah, into this world, weighing 6lb 3oz at 09:10 am. However, he was born sleeping—something we never in a million years expected. After waiting 11 months for the post-mortem results, we were told that there was no known cause for Noah’s passing.

Never did I imagine that Adam and I would become part of the 1 in 4 statistic, but what was even more unexpected was that our best friends would also share this heartbreaking experience with us. You never think something like this could happen to you, but it hits even harder when it happens to those closest to you.

On the 11th of April 2024, our best friends Abbey and Seb welcomed their precious baby girl Rhea into the world weighing 3lb, at 02:02am but she was born sleeping. Rhea was diagnosed with Congenital High Airway Obstruction Syndrome (CHAOS), a rare condition affecting only 1 in 50,000 births.

To honour both of our beautiful babies, Noah & Rhea, and all other bereaved families, myself, Abbey, Sam, and Sharan will be participating in a 10K run at Cannock Chase Forest on the 13th of April 2025.

We are raising money for two charities that are close to our hearts: ADA’s Foundation and Love from, George. Both provide vital support to grieving families, offering essential items, keepsakes, clothes, toiletries, and books to those in need at Telford and Shrewsbury Hospitals during the most difficult time of their lives.
