Myself and my family are taking part in the Sue Ryder Starlight Hike Leeds 2025, in memory of my Grandad who recently passed away.

My Grandad was cared for at Wheatfields Hospice, in Leeds, by a team of truly amazing nurses and doctors. Every one of them went above and beyond to make sure my Grandad was happy, settled and comfortable, aswell as looking after our whole family during the most heartbreaking time.

Until you are faced with your loved one having to go into a hospice, you don't realise just how much hard work the hospice do. Myself and my family would have been completely lost if we didn't have the care and support from Wheatfields Hospice.
