We're driving a tuktuk over 2,500km from Kerala to Rajasthan, participating in the 'All India flavour' of the Rickshaw Run.

Our goal is simple; get from Kochi to Jaisalmer in 2 weeks and raise as much money as possible for Cool Earth, the official charity of the Rickshaw Run.

Cool Earth exists to support rainforest communities and tackle the root causes of deforestation. Ultimately they protect rainforests, our vital carbon sinks.

Since 2007, they have provided cash directly and unconditionally to rainforest communities, helping to maintain forest loss rates below 1% in their partnerships in Peru, Papua New Guinea and The Congo Basin.

And since 2013, adventure teams similar to us have raised over £1.9 million for Cool Earth and the communities they support.

As for us, we will try and make it to Jaisalmer in one piece. Indeed, we will be hot, we will break down, we will face some treacherous conditions, and we may not even make it, but that's what makes it an adventure.... and a good cause!
