On 23rd April 2026, we will be taking part in the Ridge to Realm Charity Event- a full day of challenges and adventure in the Malvern Hills to raise money for Spread a Smile.

The Ridge to Realm Charity Event includes;

🧗 Abseiling in the historic granite Tank Quarry

🥾 A 13km hike along the stunning Malvern Ridge

🛶 A coracle raft‑building challenge

Spread a Smile brings joy and laughter to seriously ill children in NHS hospitals and hospices across the country. Through in-person and virtual visits and events, Spread a Smile’s entertainers – from magicians to musicians, artists, fairies and therapy dogs - enhance wellbeing and help young patients and their families cope with the pain and anxiety of serious illness and hospitalisation, developing bespoke relationships with each family and each health setting, so that we can offer the most impactful support.

Your donation will help Spread a Smile continue delivering magical experiences and moments of relief to children who are going through the toughest times.
