Welcome to our Growing for Gold fundraising page in support of Mental Health UK!

We have created an exciting 2023 calendar which promotes positive mental health messages. Each month has a theme which helps encourage positive mental with lots of personalised pictures the team and others across Skipton Building Society have shared. We have included important dates in the calendar linked to mental health as well as links to useful content shared by Mental Health UK.

Together, we want to support people affected by mental health problems. Our aim is to give more people access to good places to discuss mental health, including places like Clic (www.clic-uk.org) a friendly online community of like-minded people where you can speak safely and openly about how you're feeling.
