RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

On the 10th May 2020 Lymington RNLI lifeboat station was due to hold their 19th annual 10k run and kids fun run.

This is typically the biggest fundraiser in the Lymington RNLI station’s calendar. We are supported and run by volunteers, and funding comes wholly from public donations. Given the current circumstances relating to Covid-19, the event has been cancelled this year and will be a huge loss to the station.

Some of the crew and volunteers are fundraising to help support the station and the RNLI to ensure we continue to deliver the life saving service.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
