We have decided to embark on a massive challenge for us to support the charity CALM by signing up to the full continuous 100km London to Brighton ultra challenge walk in May 2024.

CALM is the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and they’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling shit, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.

We have chosen CALM as everyone has mental health struggles or knows someone who has. CALM currently spends 80% of its expenditure on delivering our services: that’s answering calls and webchats on our helpline; working with communities across the country; and campaigning for better awareness and understanding of suicide and its devastating impact. Everything else is spent on keeping the charity running and fundraising to ensure we can help the hundreds of thousands of people who need our support every year.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.
