Since 2016, Route 61 has been a lifeline for children in the Kenyan juvenile justice system—victims of abuse, abandonment, and the harsh realities of extreme poverty. While the government meets their basic needs, the children's crucial emotional support often goes unmet.

Route 61's Kenyan mentors engage children through consistent visits, offering activities such as:
