For the sixth year running, Royston Rough Sleepers are spending a December night out huddled under - and over - tarpaulins in Barley churchyard, hoping to raise money for the Church Urban Fund.

Homelessness, with its immediate dangers and miseries, doesn’t decrease, and nor do its longer term effects. We are all of us noticing hikes in our food and fuel bills, and increasing numbers of people are in real difficulties.
