1 in 3 women experience domestic abuse in their lifetime.

We both hold Women’s Aid very close to our hearts, and are very happy to be running for them on International Women’s Day.

Women’s Aid both saves lives and changes lives, and helps give hope to women and children facing abuse. They offer the reminder that anyone facing abuse is not alone, despite how isolating it can be.
