Sadly I never met Josh, but since moving to Whitby I have become friends with his parents and have enjoyed supporting them to fund raise in is his memory.

Josh would have been 21 years old now, a milestone he sadly never managed to reach. I will be 60 a couple of days before the GNR this year and it will be my 19th trot to South Shields, my second for Josh.

I've invited some friends to join me, there are 16 of us altogether, we would like to raise as much money as we can in Josh's memory, to help support children and young people like to Josh and their families, who are faced with this terrible illness.
