shelf help. is the world’s first self-help book club and platform, and we’re dedicated to celebrating, inspiring and supporting personal development and self-discovery.
An unofficial sub-group of the book club, we're a group of friends cheering each other on in our jogging journeys. Team spirit + accountability in aid of a good cause: The Eve Appeal. We'll be running together across the pond, from London to LA to Porto.
