Story

7 of us (Saffery Champness Bournemouth colleagues Alex, Collette, Henry, Jake, Annalise, Kate and Hannah) are 'Stepping Up' to complete a significant number of steps before Christmas to help Dorset's mental health. The challenge starts on 1st November and runs for 50 days until 21st December!

In the words of Jake:

5,000,000 steps as a team = bronze

6,000,000 steps as a team = silver

7,000,000 steps as a team = A wild gold!

Local charity Dorset Mind are raising funds to develop and support men's mental health. Not only that, exercise is proven to positively impact wellbeing and at this time of year with the dark months approaching, its even more important to connect with other people and get active.

Dorset Mind is a pioneering mental health charity that educates, challenges stigma and inequality and promotes recovery from mental ill problems. Dorset Mind provides recovery and resilience-focused support across Dorset. They educate people about mental ill health and support people to identify and develop coping skills.
