The situation in Ukraine is constantly evolving, but already The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) estimates that refugees fleeing Ukraine number in the hundreds of thousands.

Human suffering is an inevitable consequence of war. As a humanitarian organisation we have a responsibility, as does the whole of the international aid community, to alleviate this suffering in any way we can.
