ZAKAT APPLICABLE!

I will be driving a rickshaw across 300 miles of rural Pakistan and upon reaching my destination will hand over the rickshaw to a needy family to use it as a means of their income generation!

Funds raised will go towards providing a means of income generation to a needy family through the provision of a rickshaw as well as supporting Muslim Charity's education projects as part of our Children of the World campaign.

Muslim Charity endeavour's to lift people out of poverty for good, so the idea behind the rickshaw project is to give a needy family a means of earning so that children can go to school and they can have a better life with more opportunities.

Funds raised will also support the education initiatives under Muslim Charity's "Children of the World" campaign whereby primary schools are renovated in the developing world and are equipped with improved infrastructure to better cater for the students.
