I’ve got two causes close to my heart.

Cancer affects all of us. Directly and indirectly.

Within my circle family and friends, people are fighting now and have fought, winning the fight and some sadly losing the fight.

As we overcome physical hurdles to live longer, watching loved ones disappear due alzheimer’s and dementia is painful process.

Watching my loved ones support their family and friends through their illness, is inspiring but the negative impact it has on the lives of those with it and their wider circle is seismic and should not be underestimated.

I’m running the London Marathon on a ballot place but I would love to support the Alzheimer’s Society who are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives and to help the fight against cancer to improve the odds of beating it!
