I‘m taking on the tough trek in September as one of a 20 women team to climb 5,895 meters (19,341 feet) to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro which is the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest freestanding mountain in the world. I am completing this challenge to raise funds for The Murray Parish Trust and RNLI

The bottom link is RNLI, a charity that saves lives at sea. Lifeguards patrolling 145 beaches in the UK and a 24/7 lifeboat search and rescue service.
