Saturday 5th September, team members from across the Sandstone Care Group will be coming together to walk 11 miles through Delamere Forest and Frodsham, taking on the beautiful Sandstone Trail and raising vital funds for Dementia UK 💙

As a care group, we see every day the difference that compassionate, specialist dementia care makes to residents and their families. Dementia UK is a charity close to our hearts, and we’re proud to be supporting its work to help families affected by dementia.

Whether you’re taking part in the walk, fundraising, or simply cheering us on, every contribution will help us make a difference. We’re looking forward to a fantastic day of teamwork, fresh air and shared memories, all while raising money for a cause that means so much to us.
