We lost our dear sister, loving Aunt a year after being diagnosed with cancer and it was incredibly heart-breaking to see her slowly turning from a healthy strong person to being physically immobile. Yet, even in her fragile moments, her inner strength and courage shined through, illuminating the lives of those around her. Losing her to this terrible disease was a big blow and we miss her terribly, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Through sponsorship, you can help make every step count towards compassionate and expert end-of-life care and grief support for families in need.

£6 could pay for favourite breakfast for a patient being cared for in one of our hospices.

£30 could fund an hour of expert care, so our Sue Ryder doctors and nurses can help manage patients’ pain and symptoms. 

£75 could help provide a vital Online Bereavement Counselling Service for someone who needs reassurance guidance and support.
