Climbing Aconcagua for the Propertymark Trust
Because no one should face their mountain alone.
Hello! I’m Sarka Wilde—estate agency owner, entrepreneur, coach, mentor, and passionate advocate for mental health and resilience.
In January 2026, I’ll be climbing Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Americas at 6,961m. It’s one of the toughest climbs on earth—and I’m doing it to raise vital funds for the Propertymark Trust.
The Propertymark Trust supports property professionals, their families, and colleagues through times of crisis—whether that’s financial, mental, or medical. It’s a cause close to my heart and my industry.
But this climb is more than a physical feat—it’s deeply personal.
I've overcome a great deal:
• Survived domestic violence as a young woman
• Endured seven arm fractures (held together with 17 screws and 2 plates)
• Grieved the loss of my mum to suicide
• Faced the heartbreak of miscarriage and child loss
• Battled serious health issues—while running a business through tough times
When I needed help the most, I didn’t know where to turn. I want to change that for others.
This challenge represents more than just altitude—it’s about showing that with support, we can keep going, one step at a time. No matter how steep the climb.
If you can spare anything, no matter how small, it would mean the world. You’ll be fuelling my training—and more importantly, helping someone get the support they need when they need it most.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting.
Let’s do this—together.
