Story
On 2nd and 3rd July, a group of 14 SB3 (Bachy Soletanche Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering JV - BSL & BBGE) colleagues will be doing the National Three Peaks Challenge, supported by 4 drivers. That means climbing peak Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales within 24 hours in support of four charities: Buddy Bag Foundation, Help Harry Help Others, Mad Hatter’s Charity, and Forth Valley Giving.
Starting at the foot of Ben Nevis at 5pm on Wednesday 2nd July and aiming to arrive safely at the bottom of Snowdon by 5pm the following day – the challenge will offer a considerable test for all involved but with your support we can raise a meaningful amount of money for SB3’s nominated charities for 2025.
The four charities
• Buddy Bag Foundation – Help and support for children in emergency care.
• Help Harry Help Others – Support for patients and families with cancer diagnosis in Solihull and Birmingham.
• Mad Hatter’s Charity – Helps children with special needs and disabilities across the Midlands.
• Forth Valley Giving – Supports NHS Forth Valley Hospital. In memory of our colleague Scott Brannen.
