SBRL are fundraising for suicide prevention research by taking part in the Mindstep Relay.

The relay will run non-stop from Friday 1 - Sunday 3 May 4pm, to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention.

Each team member chooses a 1-hour time slot to complete an activity of their choice (walk, run, dance etc.) before passing the virtual baton to the next volunteer and so on!

The Mindstep Foundation has been established in memory of Max Davies, who tragically died by suicide in 2018 at the age of 22. Mindstep funds postgraduate research at the University of Glasgow into the causes of suicide and interventions for those at risk.
