the 100 challenge
Campaign by Change Mental Health (RCN SC013649)
Change Mental Health needs you! Our brand new 100 challenge involves doing 100 of something that is beneficial for your own mental wellbeing during the month of July, with the aim of raising £100 for Change Mental Health and prioritising you.

Story

The Suicide Bereavement Support Service team is doing 100 skips a day as part of the 100 challenge with Change MH. The Suicide Bereavement Support service is for anyone who has lost a loved one to suicide in Highlands and Argyll & Bute.

Our specially trained staff can provide free, confidential and personalised one-to-one support and the opportunity and space to talk through the many and complex emotions felt after a suicide.

We deliver the service in Highland and Argyll & Bute but you can also access support if you live elsewhere but the suicide of your loved one took place in the area.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
