Due to the Covid-19 pandemic Oracle Cancer Trust like many other charities in the cancer research sector, is facing a crisis with less funding for its vital research work.

In memory of her ‘Grampy Thor’ Scarlett is hoping to raise some crucial funds for Oracle by walking over 6km from Sker Beach to Coney Island Beach in Porthcawl passing through Rest Bay on Saturday the 10th October (weather and all other rules permitting). This was one of Jeff's favourite walks and it seems fitting that we do something that he would have loved as we cannot complete the other challenges that we had planned for this year until they can be completed safely.
