Founded in Edinburgh, Maggie’s provides free emotional, practical, and financial support to people affected by cancer. Their centres, located beside major NHS cancer hospitals, offer a calm, non-clinical space where individuals and families can access expert help when they need it most.

In 2024, Maggie’s benefits advisors helped people in Scotland claim over £15.6 million in financial support — easing the burden so they can focus on treatment and recovery.

To mark this partnership, each member of our team is taking on a personal challenge: walking 1 million steps in the lead-up to the awards — the equivalent of walking between every Maggie’s Centre in Scotland, starting from Edinburgh. Every step is a symbol of support for those navigating cancer, and every donation helps Maggie’s continue their life-changing work, particularly in the area of financial inclusion.

Through this campaign, we aim to ensure that no one has to face cancer alone. Your generosity will help provide vital support to people with cancer and their loved ones when they need it most.
