Raising money for The East Lancashire Hospice

East Lancashire Hospice provides specialist, supportive and end of life care for patients and their families from Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley who are coping with a life-limiting illness. To enable us to continue this work, we need to raise £4 million every year.

Story

A sponsored skydive in memory of Sinead’s dad Gary Clegg for The East Lancashire Hospice because it’s an amazing & wonderful place.

As many of you may already know back in February Sinead decided it would be a great idea to jump out of a plane from around 15 thousand feet in the air! BUT because of the bloody virus this obviously got put on hold.

However, there’s now a brand new date AND two new crazy jumping buddies Coral Clough & Sarah Kendall 🥳😍😂

So in a few weeks on 10th October 2020 we will be jumping from a perfectly fine plane ✈️ 🪂 💩😬

It’s all for East Lancs Hospice where Sinead’s dad spent his final few days.

January 28th would’ve been his 60th birthday and she thought this would be a brilliant time to give back to the place that took care of him so well.

It’s a fantastic place with amazing facilities and beautiful gardens.

Without it her children wouldn’t have been able to spend a last day with their belter of a grandad, making them aware of what was happening and helping them face what was to come.

This local hospice has to raise around 75% of its running costs through the generous support of the public.

Your well received money goes directly to them.
