Remember the Ice Bucket Challenge?! Well, now it's time for the Shear Isolation Challenge!

During lockdown, nobody can get to the hairdresser. So use your scissors, clippers, shears (or whatever you have!) to shave that hair, trim your fringe, tidy up the kids' hair, get rid of that beard or clip your pets - all for charity! #shearisolation #lockdownhaircut

Take a short video of the shearing, post is to social media (don't forget to use #shearisolation), nominate three friends and then donate to charity!

We are fundraising for three different charities so the choice is yours:

RSABI - a unique Scottish charity dedicated to the relief of hardship and poverty amongst people who have depended for their livelihoods on the land.

RHET (Royal Highland Education Trust) - a non-profit education charity that helps young people develop food literacy through experiential learning. They work with farmers, teachers, educators and businesses alike to provide the best possible learning experience for children aged 3 to 18.

The Trussel Trust - this national charity works to stop UK hunger and poverty. Their network of foodbanks provides emergency food and support to people in crisis.

You can choose to donate to any one of the three charities - simply select the team member below associated with the charity you would like to support.
