Team Shops & Ops (Jen, Sarah, Billy, Michael, Alison and Christel) are running the Yorkshire Marathon in York on October 20th as a relay team to raise money for Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Yorkshire is one of the regions hardest hit by cancer. Together we can change this.

Sadly, people are more likely to have their lives cut short by cancer in Yorkshire than almost anywhere else in England. Yorkshire Cancer Research is a charity dedicated to funding research so that you and those you love live longer, healthier lives, free of cancer. 

Thanks to supporters, Yorkshire Cancer Research has been funding research and saving lives since 1925. Today, the charity is the biggest funder of cancer research study places in Yorkshire, bringing vital world-leading research and expertise to the region.

Your support will help to:

• Research new ways to prevent cancer

• Find cancer sooner when it’s often easier to treat

• Improve cancer treatment and pioneer new services

Together we’re changing Yorkshire’s cancer story, for good.
