Story
For the second year running, I’ll be taking part in the Moonlight and Memories Walk for St Catherine’s Hospice in memory of my wife, Sharon Fisher, and my close friend Tommy “Biscuit” Ashworth.
I’d be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small. I’m looking forward to joining others on this 6-mile walk as we come together to remember and celebrate the lives of those we have lost.
Every penny truly makes a difference. St Catherine’s provides vital care and support to local families during some of the most difficult times imaginable, and any one of us could need their services one day.
St Catherine’s Hospice provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people across Central Lancashire, both at the hospice and in patients’ own homes. They support individuals living with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, motor neurone disease, and heart failure, helping them achieve the best possible quality of life.
It costs more than £5 million each year to run this incredible charity, and they rely heavily on the generosity of supporters and fundraisers to continue their vital work.
Thank you for your support, your donations, and for helping keep the memory of Sharon and Tommy alive.
