Dad and I are taking part in Cycle for Dementia during the month of April, where we have committed to cycle 100 miles each. Many of you will know this is a cause close to my heart after the loss of James' mum last year with advanced alzheimers and seeing the impact that this very cruel disease has on loved ones and their families. James' Dad received a lot of support throughout his time caring for his Mum and we would like to raise money for this exceptional cause to help both people living with the illness and those caring for them.
