Thanks for visiting my page. This year I will taking part in 2 charity cycle rides, in aid of both the British Heart Foundation and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The first is the Round the Harbours ride for the MS Society which is a 54 mile road ride around Portsmouth and the surrounding area. The second is 60 miles of off-road riding from London to Brighton in support of the BHF.

Both charities do fantastic work and are really making a difference to peoples lives. The reason for these events is to raise funds to allow them to continue doing what they do!

Any money you can afford to donate will be hugely appreciated. Training is already well underway but after so many years of so little cycling, I'm expecting the rides to be a real challenge!
