Sisters are doing it together. 100k our way for the month of September we be riding or walking and counting our miles each week !
I have MS. And recent brain scan results showed alot of progression. Dispite being on treatment to slow the disease. Turns out the MonSter in me is very much active. i put so much efforts to battle my own body daily and get fit. get strong. power thoughout the pain and exhaustion and keep positive. keep smiling.
The lastest results hit me hard. no matter how hard i try. i cant win. I may not win the war but i will win the battle. Because im not one to give up.
i felt discouraged . but i picked myself up. wiped of the tears. and now more encouraged than ever before.
This MonSter in me wont stop me enjoying life. It will always be there. i feel it every minute of every day. but i will make sure i enjoy every day being the fizzy jerk i am.
