Story
Doing what we do best, the University of Bristol Skydive Society will be jumping out of planes! Taking the leap of a lifetime at the end of March and beginning of April we will experience ultimate adrenaline rush by skydiving to raise money for people facing suicide and to promote positive mental health. The military grade skydives take place at the Skydive Spain drop zone in Seville, the perfect location to take in the stunning views as we fall from over 10,000ft!
On average, over five young people take their lives each day.
Suicide is the main cause of death in young people under the age of 35 in the UK. Research shows that with appropriate early intervention and support suicide by young people can be prevented. PAPYRUS provides vital support for those considering taking their own lives and we wish to support them in their mission.
