Smartdesc, the nonprofit IT specialists, have this year launched our Charity of the Year fundraising initiative. We are delighted to have chosen Mind - the mental health charity, as we celebrate 10 years of partnership. We have seen first-hand the incredible work the charity does to make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

We will be carrying out fundraising activities throughout the year. This will culminate in September 2025, when Smartdesc staff will climb Mount Olympus in Greece, which is 3,000m tall! This will be a challenging hike taking place over 2 days. We will be sharing updates and photos of our training along the way!

Why we are raising money for Mind

2 million people are currently stuck on waiting lists for NHS mental health services. Many will reach crisis point. We are fundraising for Mind to help make sure there’s no mind left behind.

We are proud to be supporting Mind on their mission to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
