We are 4 ladies who will be both running and walking in the GNR 2023. Our names are Mary, Linda, Fran and Liz.

We are calling ourselves The Sole Sisters. In years gone by Mary, Linda and myself have ran this race quite a few times for charities that always had a meaning with someone close. This is Fran's first GNR! However, this year we are doing the race for MS, which Mary was diagnosed with in 2019. Mary has been in training (walking) getting her miles up for the 13.2 mile distance and so far all is going well. Fran and Linda will be supporting and encouraging Mary all the way through the GNR. We would welcome you to sponser us as a team and help with raising funds for the MS Society, which is now very much important to Us.
