Sona recently had the Mid and North East Essex Mind mental health training. It has changed the way our company communicates, by providing a common language for discussions about what is going on in our lives.

Joining our Sona Team which is now just Rob Thacker is Tony Brown, Sarah McKee-Harris and Michael from the Innovation Centre. What a team!

Mid and North East Essex Mind are a local mental health charity affiliated to the national charity Mind. They are financially independent and rely on donations and fundraising to continue their services. Their purpose is to offer hope and support for good mental health, so that no one feels alone.

The mission is to listen to our communities and offer compassionate and inclusive mental health services, resources and practical support to promote wellbeing for everyone.

Sona Insurance endeavours to support charitable causes in our local community - and M&NEE Mind are doing great things to help.
