Raising money for Utah Food Bank

Since 1904, we have worked tirelessly with community partners and volunteers to fulfill our mission of Fighting Hunger Statewide. We distribute food free-of-charge to partner agencies, and offer direct service programs to children and seniors.

Story

Hunter High School is participating in the 2nd Annual Ford Souper Challenge + Virtual Food Drive. We are competing against 2 other high schools to raise money for Utah Food Bank to fight childhood hunger. Hunter High FBLA, Future Business Leaders of America, is leading this charge to not only help others in the state of Utah but also in the Hunter High community.

The Ford Souper Challenge donates to our Food Pantry. If we win the challenge, the Utah Ford Stores will donate money for our FBLA program as well as to our school's food pantry. Plus, they'll match all the donations through our site up to $8000. That's pretty cool!

Hunter High is the reigning Ford Souper Challenge Champions. We want to make is 2 years in a row. Help us help Utah and our community to make sure every gets a meal!

In 2021 we raised just over $3000 & Ford added $5000 to our donation. We were able to raise over 31,000 meals to help Utah families. That's pretty cool! Plus, the FBLA got a donation and we helped our own food pantry help our fellow student body.

Let's do it again! Let's go Wolverines!

***Virtual Food Drive donations are cool because the Utah Food Bank can stretch $1 donated into $8.71. Ford matches the donation which turns it into $17.42. This helps maximize every donation dollar. Your donation also goes directly to Utah Food Bank.
