Dementia doesn’t just affect one person — it touches families, friends and whole communities. At Forget Me Not Club, people living with dementia are supported with dignity, kindness and a sense of belonging, helping them stay active, connected and valued.

As Altrad Sparrows’ Charity of the Year, we are incredibly proud to be raising funds to help ensure these life-changing services can continue and grow.

Your donation will help support ongoing projects that bring joy, confidence and connection, including:

Therapeutic activities that promote wellbeing

Strength and Balance sessions to help maintain independence

African Drumming and musical entertainment that spark memories and smiles

Music therapy sessions that reach people when words can’t

Small group day trips that reduce isolation

Active Forget Me Not programmes that keep people engaged and moving

We’re also raising funds to help develop new projects, including:

An Allotment at Woodend Barn, offering fresh air, purpose and meaningful routine

Support with the day-to-day running costs of the Resource Centre, helping keep the doors open to those who rely on it
