This is a popular annual event organised and run by the Rotary Club of Congleton when individuals of a team swim lengths of an indoor pool in relay over a 55 minute period. All the funds raised by sponsorship is then split evenly between the selected Rotary charities for the event and our teams choice.

Our choice is:-

REMAP Staffordshire a branch of REMAP, a national charity that provides custom-made equipment and adaptations for people with a disability, https://remap.org.uk/

This years Rotary chosen charities are:-

Friends for Leisure - A local voluntary organisation helping disabled children and young people enjoy friendship and leisure. A range of activities stimulate children and young people helping develop friendships and participation in everyday activities.

Beartown Rickshaw - Offers leisure rides around Congleton for people normally prevented from getting out and enjoying the fresh air. Our support will help update the rickshaw and assist with running costs.
