That’s a huge number and we can tell you first hand, it hurts. In a world where mental health is being talked about more and more I’m not afraid to admit the last few months have been the hardest of my life.

I’m raising money in River’s memory to enable support to be offered to those that need it. I’ll be raising money for Tommys the baby charity as well as SPRING who provide support to grieving parents and family members. A service Charli and I have found extremely beneficial over the last few months which is why I’m opening the page up to raise funds for both charities.

I’ve not been a on bike since 2020 but they say you never forget how to ride a bike so I’m sure 50 miles won’t be too hard!

Anything you can give would be hugely appreciated and any words of encouragement also.
