Shared Parenting Scotland promotes Shared Parenting. Kids whose parents split up should have an ongoing, caring and nurturing relationship with both their parents. Kids who maintain contact with both their parents have better outcomes now and in later life. Help us to promote shared parenting.

Story

🔊Every child has the right to a loving relationship with both their parents.

When parents separate or divorce, children thrive best when they can maintain strong, caring relationships with both Mum and Dad-where both parents are safe. Research shows that children who stay properly connected with both parents do better in school, form healthier relationships, and grow up with better life outcomes.

At Shared Parenting Scotland, we support 1,000s of parents every year through our helpline and face-to-face groups, helping families find solutions that keep children at the heart of all decisions. But we can’t do it alone.

By donating to our Kiltwalk fundraiser, you’ll be directly supporting our frontline work—ensuring more children get the stability, love, and care they deserve.

If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid adds 25p to every £1 you give at no extra cost to you.

Every donation, big or small, helps families thrive. Thank you for your support!
