It’s the season for giving, and what better way to give back to our community than by supporting local end-of-life care? On 30th November, I’ll be lacing up my trainers and donning my finest festive fancy dress to take part in Hospiscare’s Jingle Jog!

<2K/ 5K / 10k> is going to be a challenge, but I’m determined to give it my all and help give the gift of care to others.

Hospiscare is a local charity, caring for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Their teams of doctors and nurses offer specialist palliative care, to ensure that patients can make the most of the time they have left. It sounds simple when you put it like that, but from care in our community to their specialist ward, physiotherapists, complementary therapists and bereavement support services – they really do help make things a little easier for those facing some of the most difficult moments imaginable.

We have all suffered a loss. We are running in memory of Uncle Kev and Nanny Pat ❤️
