Event: Climb Ben Nevis – Sue Ryder, on 11 September 2021
The next few months may demand more of us all. But, with your help, well never stop caring. No matter what. Well continue to work tirelessly with families, friends and individuals to ensure that no one is ever left to cope alone.

Story

At Stamford Stone, we always move mountains to make sure our clients get the best products and service. We’ve been doing this for years now and we felt it was high time we tested ourselves and tried climbing a mountain instead - Ben Nevis, no less!

We’ve rallied a team and given ourselves the challenge of raising £5,000 for the local Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice in Peterborough, which we’ve been supporting for four years now. The charity has worked relentlessly throughout the pandemic to provide grief and neurological support to those in need. It’s an outstanding charity that offers support in the form of palliative care to people at the most difficult times of their lives.

So, the Stamford Stone team is heading up to Scotland to make the 1,345m climb on 11th September 2021. We are all deep into our training for it and are ready to take on the challenge. So far, we’ve raised over half of our targeted amount, but are determined to smash our fundraising goal.

Please help us raise £5,000 for the incredible Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice by pledging your donation today.
