We are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 6th October in order to fundraise for Dementia UK.

53% of us know someone who has been diagnosed with dementia. Dementia UK aims to support those living with dementia and their families, primarily through their specialists nurses, called Admiral Nurses.
