In order to support our forgotten charities during the coronavirus pandemic, myself, along with roughly 85 of my Barclays colleagues will be stepping up and down our stairs in order to climb EVEREST over 8.5 days! That’s 85,000 steps in total running from the 6th to the 14th of July.

The Barclays teams are aiming to raise at least £10,000 and through our organisation we can apply for match funding making a possible total of £20,000. All chosen charities continue to do outstanding work for society’s most vulnerable people, despite funding sources being cut. Charity shops are closed, big events are cancelled and most charitable donations are, understandably going to the NHS at the moment. Our chosen charities are in crisis and in desperate need of our help.

All donations will be going to 6 chosen charities covered by 8 teams. My team will be specifically fund raising for Women’s Aid. Any donation no matter how small will be hugely appreciated so please donate for this great cause.
