Story
This October, a team of us from Stride Yorkshire are taking on the 100 Miles in October Challenge to raise money for the National Autistic Society.
Supporting neurodivergent people is at the heart of what we do every day at Stride. We work with individuals across South Yorkshire to help them overcome barriers, build confidence, find meaningful employment and get the right support to thrive in the workplace.
So when we came across this challenge, it felt like something we could really get behind as a team.
Throughout October we'll each be working towards 100 miles – walking, running and probably getting slightly too competitive with each other along the way!
As well as raising money for the National Autistic Society, we want to use the challenge to get our team moving, spend some time together outside of work and raise awareness of the support available to autistic people.
We'll be sharing plenty of updates along the way, so keep an eye out for how we're getting on.
Any donation, big or small, would be massively appreciated and will help support the National Autistic Society and the work they do with autistic people and their families.
Thank you for supporting us! 💜
