We are raising money for a really great charity, in memory of our good mate Phil, who sadly lost his battle with mental health at the end of last year. Phil was always the life and soul of every party and he no doubt would have took great delight in laughing at us struggling through this course.

We wanted support a charity that can help others who are struggling and hopefully mean that they manage to get the help that they need, so they can still go for a beer with their mates and talk about how they are feeling.
